The Duty Chief was paged along with EMS to assist PSP off Ponderosa Drive near the Sandy Ridge Trail with a male in the woods in a mental health crisis. Firefighters and EMS responded as well as the Brush and UTV. Crews staged awaiting PSP arrival. The man could be heard yelling and 2 firefighters walked back with the PSP Trooper to meet him and escort him back to the staging area. PSP transported the male. We never know what the next request for help may be, but we are always ready to help. The crew of 4 and 2 EMS were on scene for approximately 30 minutes.
