Engine Rescue 13 responded to assist the Houtzdale Fire Company with a working house fire on Brisbin Street. Engine Rescue 13 provided the RIT stand by. Units operated for a little over 1 hr. before being placed available. A quick response and knock from Engine 23 saved the residence.
