Advised of a fire alarm and no contact with homeowner. Engine Rescue 13 responded. Just prior to Engine Rescue 13 arriving on scene, dispatched advised the alarm company made contact with homeowner and wishing to cancel. Box was then placed available.

Call # 13. 2/28/21Box 13-40Company 13 was dispatched for a vehicle accident with injuries on the Sandy Ridge Mountain in Rush Twp on the Tyrone Pike. Engine Rescue 13, Utility 13 and EMS responded. Units arrived on scene to find one vehicle into the ditch with one occupant denying injury. Crew performed traffic control until vehicle is removed from the ditch. EMS was placed available.
Call # 12. Box 13-40. RUSH TWP. 4600 BLK TYRONE PIKE. 09:01 hours dispatched. Cleared at 13:22 hours.Utility 13 assisted PSP & PENNDOT with traffic control NORTHBOUND & SOUTHBOUND on Route 350 (Sandy Ridge Mountain) due to multiple stuck tractor trailers due to the snow storm that was in the area. Crews operated for 4 and 21 minutes tying up 26 total manhours performing traffic control at the request of PSP & PENNDOT.

Engine Rescue 13 was the second arriving engine and assigned to stage our manpower at the structure. Engine Rescue 13 was placed available a short time later as Company 22 crew found no fire. Units operated for approximately 30 minutes.

BLAIR BOX 36, Initially reported as a 13-40 box.While on scene at the previous accident a PennDot truck stopped and advised us of a vehicle over the embankment at the bottom of the Sandy Ridge Mountain at the 4900 BLK Tyrone Pike. Call # 5. Box 13-40.Engine Rescue 13 responded to a MVA with unknown injuries on the Sandy Ridge Mountain at the 4300 BLK Tyrone Pike. ER 13 arrived on scene, found on passenger car off the sound bound side of the roadway sideways in the ditch. No hazards found. Occupant was self extricated denying injury, however requesting evaluation by EMS. AMB 13-1 handled patient care. ER 13 performed traffic control.
Update;The roadway is open. PSP is on scene with a vehicle in the ditch.Travel alert this morning:Please be careful going down Rt 350 mountain. PSP has Bald Eagle Fire Co closing the Northbound lane coming up.Call # 4. Box 13-40.Company 13 was dispatched to close Route 350 Sandy Ridge Mountain at the request of PSP Rockview. Shortly after dispatch, we were cancelled as PENNDOT only wanted northbound closed at Bald Eagle, southbound could remain open.
